Have any of you ever gotten violent in a confrontation before?

For some reason at first glance, it seems like a very anti-INFP thing to do. Not empathetic to the other person at all. But a few times when things have escalated to a horrible level, Iapos;ve resorted to using my fists and throwing things to get my point across. How would you explain this? Perhaps I get so frustrated that the other person canapos;t understand me that I resort to physical actions?
